Summer  2025 Training Program and Schedule geared for high school cross country athletes

HMRRC is launching a training plan designed for athletes to get fit over the summer.  This plan is designed to provide runners with workouts throughout the week and drop-in meetups with local coaches in the area.  The program starts with the HMRRC Valley Cats 5K and ends with Labor Day 5K with track and trail workouts and races throughout the summer to keep you ready for the fall season.  Check out the schedule here which will be updated throughout the summer as coaches sign up for in-person training.
