Annual Meeting to be held September 26th – SUNY/Albany

HMRRC will hold its Annual Meeting on Sunday, September 26th at 10:15 a.m., following the Anniversary Race and Awards Ceremony on the UAlbany Campus. All members are encouraged to attend.  On the agenda is the election of Board members for the next year. The candidates and their respective Board positions are:

Ravi Chauhan – Executive Vice-President for Finance (two year term)

Susan Thompson and Nick Demos -- Co-Vice Presidents for Running Events (two year term)

Tom McGuire -- Treasurer (two year term)

Steven Jankowski -- Secretary (two year term)

Jon Rocco – At Large Board member (two year term)

Chuck Terry – At-Large Board member (two year term)

Also on the agenda is a State of the Club presented by Jessica Northan and an update on the financial situation by Tom McGuire.
