12 Days of Healthy Holiday Eating

Join Nutrition for Optimal Performance as we embark on year 2 of our Healthy Holiday Challenge.  Last year we raised $500 for the Regional Food Bank. Let’s do it again! 

This year we will do the 12 Days of Healthy Holiday.  Each day, starting December 13th, participants will receive a healthy recipe and the opportunity to participate in a 20-minute zoom yoga class.  The recipes will vary from meals, snacks and desserts and the times of the yoga classes will vary from day to day to accommodate everyone’s schedules. The schedule will be sent out as we get closer to the challenge and if you miss a class a recording will be sent to all participants.
