Runners Kitchen: Turmeric Tahini Sauce

Turmeric Tahini Sauce

A tangy sauce that is jam packed with nutrients to support athletes. Works well as a dipping sauce for vegetables/meats or as a dressing for greens.

1/4 cup Omega Sport+ Oil

1/4 cup tahini

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/4 cup water

1 tsp ground turmeric

1 garlic clove

1 inch fresh ginger (peeled)

1/4 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until creamy. Add more/less water to change the desired consistency.
