Marathon and Half-Marathon

I wonder if Elaine Humprey would put a confirmed list up in the Hudson Mohawk River Marathon and US Marine Reserve Corp Half-Marathon?   I very amused about her quarks and the she does things.  For alot of runners it is big time races.  It would be kind of nice.

Re: Marathon and Half-Marathon

When I think of "quarks" I immediately think "Elaine Humprey".

Re: Marathon and Half-Marathon

Would that be a charmed quark or a strange quark?

Re: Marathon and Half-Marathon

Oh, Larry, you physics nerd you. Of course, YOU know:

In particle physics, a quark (IPA: /kwɔrk/, IPA: /kwɑːk/ or IPA: /kwɑːrk/) is an elementary fermion particle which interacts via the strong force.[1] It is one of the two basic constituents of matter, the other being the lepton.[2] (In particular, atoms composing "ordinary" matter are constituted by a nucleus surrounded by electrons; the nucleus consists of protons and neutrons, each one of which contains three quarks, whereas electrons are leptons.)

Re: Marathon and Half-Marathon

I was not trying be out of bounds.  I understand that Elaine and Company was doing alot of work.  It is very appreciated, especially from myself.  As for Tom Teriffic  telling me that ought to direct a race.  I am willing to step up to the plate and show you superior minds of what I am able to do.  Let disscus this person to person.

Re: Marathon and Half-Marathon

Thank you hounddog for defending me.  Some people act real macho behind a computer.  I do not  know of any issues that Tom C. has with me.  I did not do anything wrong to him nor to the Wannabees'.  In fact, I consider Tom and the Wannabees to be a very good friends of mine.

Re: Marathon and Half-Marathon

One has to take it stride.  Sooner or later Tom and I will meet up and we will personally dissuss this matter at length.  I never had any issues with Tom.

Re: Marathon and Half-Marathon

Larry, you would make an excellent president of this organization. That is, of course, if they ever allowed free elections in it.
