Want to run with the leaders of the pack?

Try the HMRRC Hour Run, which takes place on Thursday, July 19^th at 6:15 PM on the Colonie Central High School track (off Sand Creek Road in Colonie). Registration is day-of-race-only and will start at 5:30 PM. Fees are free for HMRRC members and $5.00 for non-members.

Running around a track for an hour sounds boring, BUT is actually a lot of fun, since you’ll be continuously passing other runners and being passed by the leaders of the pack.
